Message of May 5 was read, stating the House passed SENATE                     
JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 14 with the following amendment:                          
                                                                               
Page 2, line 1, following states:                                              
	Delete regardless of whether or not that other state allows                   
the carrying of concealed handguns                                             
                                                                               
and so,                                                                        
                                                                               
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 14 am H                                           
Relating to support for federal legislation permitting                        
state concealed handgun permittees to carry                                    
concealed handguns in other states.                                            
                                                                               
is returned for consideration.                                                 
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House                       
amendment.                                                                     
                                                                               
The question being: Shall the Senate concur in the House                       
amendment to SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 14?  The roll
